This blog is one year old and it's time to change something! What about the language? Yep, that's not a bad idea! This blog was meant (also) to let our (italian) friends to know what we were doing on the other side of the ocean in the wonderful Durham!
And so it is now. We still want to update our friends on what we are doing "on the other side of the ocean"... on this side: Europe, Italy, Padova! So dear friends living in Durham, here we start to write (also/only/sometimes) in English! Feel free to leave a comment if you like (or don't) our blog!
Coming back was kind of tiring with a lot of things to fix, but its getting better! We enjoyed what we missed most in the young America: our historical downtowns. For the new year eve, in fact, some friends met in Durham in the early months came to see us and we spent few days around the Venetian area: venice with her "calli" and "bacari", Padova with her markets, medieval roads, squares and the 789 year old university, Bassano and his grappa, the walls of Cittadella and Stra' with the Wonderful villa Pisani. Everything accompained with you can only imagine what kind of amazing (real) italian dishes!
